Dumpling Hours

Dumpling Hours

Bringing Family Tradition to Brentwood

When did you enter the culinary world?

I started working in a restaurant in 2010, but my parents have had restaurants back in China.

What was your inspiration to open your own restaurant?

I am a foodie; I love to eat food from various countries. I finally wanted to open a Xiao Long Bao restaurant because my parents had already been doing it. After everyone’s efforts, we finally figured out how to tailor our cuisine to suit everyone’s taste. I truly did not expect it to be so popular! We are very happy.

When did you open Dumpling Hours at The Streets of Brentwood?

We opened in Brentwood in June 2022.

What does your restaurant offer?

Dumpling Hours mainly serves various flavors and different kinds of Xiao Long Bao with soup sauce. We also offer Spring Rolls, Pork Buns, Noodles, Dumplings, Wontons, and a whole lot more.

What is your most popular dish?

The most popular dishes are various kinds of Xiao Long Bao and Sheng Jian Bao with soup sauce and scallion oil noodles. So are our Chicken Wings!

What would you recommend to someone who has never visited Dumpling Hours before?

I definitely hope visitors would try any of our most popular dishes. You will not be disappointed!

Do you have any future hopes/goals for Dumpling Hours?

I hope to continue to bring unique, enjoyable flavors to Brentwood and beyond. I hope to be recognized and enjoyed by everyone! Thank you to everyone who has supported Dumpling Hours since we opened! We aim to continue to bring you the delicious food you’ve come to know.
